I was here for three nights. The suite had a nice size and two bathrooms and that was about all the nice things I can say. The first night I left a towel in the bathroom's floor, and after 3 days the towel is still there.
There were 3 clean towels the first day, only one left the last day.
The rooms need some renovation. There are 3 tv's none of them with flat screen.
The room is on the first level and you could her all the kids running in the room above you.
There was also garbage outside our room, we went to the front desk to request to be removed but it wasn't done until the following day.
Breakfast was fine with enough choices.
The location is in the middle of nowhere. The closest restaurant is at least a mile away.
I believe there must be better options in Flagstaff.

We stayed here 11/11/13 .. found it on the Internet. Used to be a Residence Inn .. so, full services, inc. full kitchen. Very convenient to I-40, but NOT close enough to hear any noise. We had lg. room, and brought our own foods to cook in well supplied kitchen (w/dishwasher). The only complaint we had was that the pillows were TOO large, if you can believe that ! Our own opinion, of course. Free bkfst. was large, and offered hot and cold items - very adequate. We had done some research on where to eat lunch, and found a Mexican place called Tacos Los Altos ..it was very convenient (over Hwy. 66) to the hotel, and had an excellent taco lunch - they offer lots more. As others have said, the staff was wonderful and helpful .. we found our room very clean.

My family arrived (2 adult daughters, grand-daughter, and great-grand-baby), late on a Thursday evening. Location was great and easy to get to (Exit 201 off Hwy 40 East.) Check-in easy, accomodating (requested lower level, crib), and we were also given a fireplace log. We had reserved the 2-bedroom/2-bath suite which was perfect for us, as there was also a sofabed. Full Kitchen and 3 TVs! Front desk was very helpful and assisted us with finding a couple of pizza places that still delivered late (we had lost an hour driving from California, so we had arrived at 10:30pm Flagstaff time.)

Perfect location. Over the bridge on Hwy 66, there are lots of restaurants, Walgreen's, Walmart, and an indoor shopping mall. Using Flagstaff as our home base, one day we visited the Grand Canyon, (a little over an hour away), and on another day, visited Sedona (about 45 min away.)

Breakfast was good, and they allowed us to take the food back to our room, which was more relaxing with the baby. Although they provide breakfast basics (bagels, hot/cold cereal, muffins, juice), each morning there were hot entrees, such as waffels, scrambled eggs, sausage, chorizo & eggs, which were all very good. Coffee and tea selection was also good.

Overall experience was great, however, did not rate 5 stars as when were checking the room/drawers before checking-out, I found dirty clothes clothes that were not ours. Would recommend for future stays, yes.

Room Tip: If traveling with small children, suggest lower floor unit, since parking is close by. Even though o...

I'm going to repeat what everyone else has said here. The town area of Flagstaff looked very touristy so we were pleased to be just outside of town.

Great rooms, excellent bed, good bathroom and vanity area. Lovely bathroom soap.

You really can prepare a meal in the kitchen and escape from restaurant eating for a while. There's a Safeways very close to the hotel.

The fire place was lovely. The logs are free and it's so relaxing to eat in front of the fire.

The swimming pool looked good.

Staff went the extra mile for me in getting an iPad cable that I left in a Tucson hotel sent on after we checked out to our next hotel in Phoenix. What fantastic service.

Room Tip: We were in block 11 upstairs - very quiet.

We were very impressed! Every staff member was friendly. The location is beautiful and clean with a nice grassy area for pets and fun. Breakfast had a nice array of choices. The mid week evening 'social' is a great idea and it doesn't hurt that snacks are served too! (free) During the night, things were very quiet. Our room was on the back side and we never heard a bit of traffic or anything else. The bed was soft. The kitchen was well equipped with nice, clean appliances. This will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Flagstaff!

We stayed for one night in September. Our suite had a fireplace (log was free and delivered by front desk staff at our request), full kitchen, and 2 bedrooms/2 baths. It was clean and spacious. WIFI worked just fine. Also had ethernet cord for direct hook up. The free breakfast was the best I've ever had anywhere ever. More options than you could believe, clean, and spacious eating area. I'd definitely stay here again.

I found this place thanks to tripadvisor :) My husband and I were very impressed.
It was a one & a half hour drive to the Grand Canyon from here so it wasn't that bad... and also, less than an hour drive to Sedona... which was great really.
We stayed here for 2 nights and got the rest we wanted. Everything was pleasant & enjoyable here, including the friendly and very accommodating staff, good wifi, easy parking, tasty breakfast, and our two bedroom suite was simply superb!
Adding to that _ the free use of their laundry room ... what more can you ask for?

P.S.
don't rely on your GPS, better phone the hotel for the exact directions to the place (you'll save time)
