We booked this property because it accepts dogs. We booked a 2 room suite. The entire property is very run down which you cannot see on the website. The exterior entry to the unit was cracked and stained concrete-not inviting at all-and very dark under stairs. The carpet was worn through in the entry. The one chair in sitting area was so worn it sank down when you sat in it. The shower heads are low so difficult to take a shower if you are very tall. One shower head had water spouting from the top of the head so when you were taking a shower, it was dripping down on you from the ceining. The beds were not comfortable and sheets were scratchy. We went prior to the 10:00 ending of breakfast (at 9:30) and they only had a few items left for breakfast and didn't replenish anything. We even asked. I booked this due to ratings on trip advisor, but can't understand why it was rated highly. The concept is like an Embassy Suites, which is good, but even with dogs, have stayed in much nicer properties.

Room Tip: Ask if they have any recently upgraded rooms.

We spent our Thanksgiving here recently and really enjoyed our stay. Fireplace, full kitchen, etc. We were able to make an entire Thanksgiving meal, turkey and all! The fireplace is great too. Just ask the front desk for a duraflame and you are good to go. Nice morning breakfast as well. Definitely check out Sonesta if you are staying in Flagstaff. Best hotel I have stayed at so far.

Nice room and very clean. Would highly recommend particularly if you have a family. The breakfast is pretty good and has some good variety. We had the 2 bedroom suite and it was very nice having the kitchen and separate living area.

Our 3 generation family stayed in their 2 bedroom suite - large rooms with sitting area, fireplace and other amenities. we felt at home immediately and infact decided to stay in flagstaff another day and use it as a base for touring more of norther AZ because of the quality of this place.
The rooms are very clean, room service is very friendly. hot tub in winter working and gym.
The sumptuous breakfast was to die for on both days we stayed there. Would highly recommend this place

I was here for three nights. The suite had a nice size and two bathrooms and that was about all the nice things I can say. The first night I left a towel in the bathroom's floor, and after 3 days the towel is still there.
There were 3 clean towels the first day, only one left the last day.
The rooms need some renovation. There are 3 tv's none of them with flat screen.
The room is on the first level and you could her all the kids running in the room above you.
There was also garbage outside our room, we went to the front desk to request to be removed but it wasn't done until the following day.
Breakfast was fine with enough choices.
The location is in the middle of nowhere. The closest restaurant is at least a mile away.
I believe there must be better options in Flagstaff.

We stayed here 11/11/13 .. found it on the Internet. Used to be a Residence Inn .. so, full services, inc. full kitchen. Very convenient to I-40, but NOT close enough to hear any noise. We had lg. room, and brought our own foods to cook in well supplied kitchen (w/dishwasher). The only complaint we had was that the pillows were TOO large, if you can believe that ! Our own opinion, of course. Free bkfst. was large, and offered hot and cold items - very adequate. We had done some research on where to eat lunch, and found a Mexican place called Tacos Los Altos ..it was very convenient (over Hwy. 66) to the hotel, and had an excellent taco lunch - they offer lots more. As others have said, the staff was wonderful and helpful .. we found our room very clean.

My family arrived (2 adult daughters, grand-daughter, and great-grand-baby), late on a Thursday evening. Location was great and easy to get to (Exit 201 off Hwy 40 East.) Check-in easy, accomodating (requested lower level, crib), and we were also given a fireplace log. We had reserved the 2-bedroom/2-bath suite which was perfect for us, as there was also a sofabed. Full Kitchen and 3 TVs! Front desk was very helpful and assisted us with finding a couple of pizza places that still delivered late (we had lost an hour driving from California, so we had arrived at 10:30pm Flagstaff time.)

Perfect location. Over the bridge on Hwy 66, there are lots of restaurants, Walgreen's, Walmart, and an indoor shopping mall. Using Flagstaff as our home base, one day we visited the Grand Canyon, (a little over an hour away), and on another day, visited Sedona (about 45 min away.)

Breakfast was good, and they allowed us to take the food back to our room, which was more relaxing with the baby. Although they provide breakfast basics (bagels, hot/cold cereal, muffins, juice), each morning there were hot entrees, such as waffels, scrambled eggs, sausage, chorizo & eggs, which were all very good. Coffee and tea selection was also good.

Overall experience was great, however, did not rate 5 stars as when were checking the room/drawers before checking-out, I found dirty clothes clothes that were not ours. Would recommend for future stays, yes.

Room Tip: If traveling with small children, suggest lower floor unit, since parking is close by. Even though o...
