The rooms were very clean = bathrooms small and train noise an issue but all the staff were very polite and helpful. Did not care for the sausage or eggs but there were other options.
Thank you for your review of our hotel. While we understand the railway noise is at times loud, we attribute that to the rustic and old town feel of a town that was built around the railroad many years ago.
We are happy that the rest of your stay was great while here in the states. We welcome you back anytime.
Thank you again,

After a long, hot drive, we tried to check in at the Hampton hotel across the street by mistake. But, we're obviously not the first ones to make that mistake and the staff took it in good humor.
This hotel was very comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, for the first and second night, our night's rest was disturbed by some very noisy & inconsiderate guests in the room above us. We tried to get a move to another room, but the hotel was all booked out. In fact, because we were staying at Flagstaff for the week, but had to relocate for the last couple of nights to another hotel closer to downtown only because of the Days Inn's room availability. So, they must be doing something right.
Once our noisy neighbours moved out and replaced by some "normal" guests, we settled in well and were a little disappointed when we had to check out.
Location was good and their included breakfast with hot and cold choices was excellent in the front lobby.
We would stay here again, but would try to get a room on the highest floor.

We are so happy to hear you had a nice and relaxing stay here at the hotel. We value your comments and are glad the guests settled down a bit for your remaining nights. We are very glad to have had you for a short time. We hope that you will come visit us again in the future. Hopefully we can get you here for the entire length of your stay.
