We stayed in the Embassy Suites to go to a Sabres Game. We arrived at the hotel and dropped our car with the valet. It was quick, easy and the attendants were very friendly. Check in was also very friendly and quick. The only room available to us on check in was an "allergy free" room which is basically a room that has been specially cleaned and seems to have an air purifier. The room itself was very large and clean. The bedding was excellent and clean and there were lots of pillows. I have no complaints about the room whatsoever.
We had a drink in the bar and met some nice people. It had a nice, friendly ambiance.

The next morning we enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was really plentiful. It had your basics of eggs, waffles, oatmeal, cold cereals, breads and fruits but it also had an omelet station. The breakfast room was packed but we were able to take out meal out into the bar area, The only thing that would have been nice would be to extend breakfast to 11AM on a Sunday.

The hotel is in a great location. Right outside is a street with lots of bars and restaurants. There is also an LRT station right by the hotel. It is free to take on Game days and takes you right to the hockey rink. If you get a chance, take a walk in the streets surrounding the hotel. There is lots of beautiful architecture to see.

Over all we were very happy with our stay and would return. Staff is very friendly and even though the hotel was very busy, we were never made to wait.

This hotel is clean and very safe. The breakfast is OK if you have the omelette but the waffles and biscuits on the buffet were hard. We had to wait over 2 hours to get into our room (after the 4pm posted check in time) and then the room we were put in was not the room we reserved. The manager took $50 off our bill which I felt was fair. Also, I didn't like that I was charged $15 for valet parking. I appreciated the convenience but would have liked to know about this fee in advance. Also, I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children. There were only THREE bath towels in our bathroom. Only 2 cups for coffee/tea. If you have a room booked for FOUR people, there should be supplies for FOUR people! This was not an inexpensive hotel, for the money, we should have been happier with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay while we were in Buffalo for a wedding at Statler City. Booked a beautiful corner room on the 8th floor with a great view of the city. We wished that we could have stayed longer just to enjoy the room. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

Had a 2 Queen suite for the weekend with 2 other couples (we squished in to save $!). There was lots of room for all of us and we really enjoyed the stay. The complimentary wifi and breakfast is highly appreciated, I wish more hotels would do that! Super clean, roomy, and comfy. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. I'm quite picky with hotels, and I must say this was an overall excellent experience.

This hotel has a beautiful lobby, an awesome happy hour, as well as friendly and helpful staff. It's located downtown in Buffalo, within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. I would definitely stay at an Embassy Suites again. Free shuttle to the airport too!

Great rooms, very clean, they take forever to service e rooms, mine was serviced after 4pm on all e nights I was there. Also, the breakfast is not as good as it used to be, no bacon, no all bran, very limited fruit choice.....

My family and I stayed there a week. The hotel is very clean. The lobby is pretty. The staff is attentive. The beds are perfectly firm. Here's a tip: Nearby SOHO Burgers has very good food. The Knox Art Museum is awesome. You can catch a city bus, nearby, to Niagara Falls for just $2 per person.
