Quaint little shops to visit and wonderful little restaurants to eat at. Love to shop in Penzy's, the aromas of all the different spices is amazing, I always find something intriguing to buy to add to my spice collection.

We absolutely loved this distrcit and had a wonderful time sharing laughs and brews at the Blue Monk. They have an amazing selection of Belgian beers, a great atmosphere and some outdoor seating to people watch.

Nice and mysterious old wood houses painted in purple, blue, orange, etc. Nice porches. Lots of trees. Something trendy on Elmwood avenue.

Always something to do on Elmwood. Between shops and restaurants and then when they have the Art Festival it's great! You can spend an afternoon just strollong the shops and having lunch.

The stores there are varied and creative, and restaurants provide a diversity of ethnic victuals. The atmosphere is vibrant. However, one is accosted quite often by strangers asking for change. Overall, the Elmwood Village is homey and comfortable.
