Booked a two-bedroom suite (more than we needed) for a wedding recently through Booking.com. The suite was huge--a big kitchen, two bedrooms, a sitting room, plenty of closets and windows. The décor is simple but well done. The bedding was good and we slept well. A continental breakfast is included at a nearby restaurant but it turns out this is good for $5 per person which is enough to get you a free omelette.
This would be a great deal if you had 4 to 6 people who need to be in downtown Buffalo.
Minor negative points: one of the windows would not close completely. The windows were quite dirty on the outside. The toilet was plugged. It was $20 extra for parking.
