Friendly and informative reception staff. Carpets were smelly (smell like dog) in lobby. In the 9th floor, more dog smell in the carpets. Thankfully the rooms were odorless.

Temperature control was easy to use and not noisy at all. View from the rooms allowed us to see fireworks on 4th July.

Bath tub's shower faucet and shower head looks dated.. Could be replaced by nicer hardware. Bedding was comfortable and clean.

Overall it was an uneventful stay. Nothing that particularly impressed, and nothing that overly bothered us...

For almost $200, Hyatt could spice it up a little!

Wow!
This hotel was outstanding. Treated us like celebrities! As soon as we we drove up to the hotel, we were greeted by Jordan. He was friendly and helpful. From the valet parking to all the employees in the hotel, everyone was fantastic. Commendations go to Max, Jordan, Kyle,Bailey,Angela,Kate,Tracey, and Julie. We have been to Buffalo many times, but never stayed at this hotel before. The employees truly provided genuine customer service. Friendly and accommodating. Max and Kate actually came to our room to sing happy birthday to my wife bringing a desert. Drove us to and from nearby restaurants (they offered!). Even bought the first of drinks on the house (because of the birthday). These employees went way beyond any expectations we had. We have stayed at numerous 4&5 star hotels around North America and we have never seen this kind of focus on customer satisfaction. If you go to Buffalo and you don't stay here, you are missing out big time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our over night stay. We chose to have a light meal at happy hour in the ATrium and was pleasantly surprised to enjoy such excellent service, tasty small plates
And very reasonable drinks.outstanding staff and very good value,
Highly recommended!

We have spent a few nights there over the past few years and it's always been great!!
Clean and spacious rooms, great location, friendly staff, good breakfast........

The Hyatt gave us wonderful customer service. They didn't have our discount voucher on file as the reservation rep assured me, but they let us settle in our room and we got a call about 10 minutes later from the manager to confirm all was taken care of. I was confident that any issue we had would be addressed quickly and to our satisfaction.
The room was less than stellar with a sticky substance on a towel and a small tear in the duvet, but we had enough other towels and the bed was still comfortable and warm.

We used this hotel as our base whilst visiting Niagara Falls. Wonderful stay great pool great gym and loved the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff - big thanks to Rachel our waitress she was so helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just returned today from staying at the Hyatt. It was really nice. The rooms are nicely done and the beds are very comfortable. We had tickets to an event at the Niagra centre. There's a free trolly ride that takes you down. The desk staff gave us full directions and restaurant recommendations.

We parked across the street for about $10 a day.

There's a Starbucks in the lobby.
There's also a nice little restaurant where we had a great breakfast. Not too pricey.

I admired the fact that there were signs in the hallway asking guest to respect noise levels.

The only downside here was I awoke to the sounds of construction at 7am. The hotel is surrounded by blocked roads and machinery at the moment.

I tend to be a little fussy when selecting hotels. I'd stay here again if need be.

I am pleased to hear that you had an excellent stay with us. We are centrally located downtown with a short walk or metro rail ride to many area events. We do offer several parking options and our valet service offers in/out privileges for all of our guests. Our concierges are always ready and willing to assist our guests with any questions that they may have during their stay.
We do have a noise policy so that every guest has an enjoyable stay with us.
