Its a hit and a miss with this chilis. Sometimes it's good service most of the time it's very slow service. Takes really long time for them to refill beverages and get your food to you. They need to retrain some of the servers.

I doubt many people haven't eaten at Chili's at least once, but sometimes I crave one of their salads or the southwestern eggroll appetizer.

I've had a mixed experience with Chili's. The one near my work is terrible, due mostly to the wait staff and a poor cook. The American Fork Chili's has great cooks and pretty good wait staff. My only complaints are that the waiters don't alway seat you logically and it's a rather noisy Chili's for some reason.

Do be aware that it gets very crowded at dinner time.
