“Wonderful Fall Weekend!”
Reviewed 29 October 2013

We stayed two nights in the Vienna room and had a fabulous weekend. Spring Seasons is well located and we easily got around town. The room was comfortable and clean. Susan's breakfasts were delicious. Susan and Bill gave us restaurant and tour tips and all of them worked out beautifully. I would definitely come back and recommend Spring Seasons.

Room Tip: The Vienna Room was quiet and spacious.

Owners Susan and Bill Farrell made our stay at their B&B a memorable and enjoyable one. Our room was clean (and I am extremely picky about cleanliness) and Susan made us feel welcome and was attentive to our needs, but not at all overbearing. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts she made. Delicious! My wife and I stayed for 4 nights and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely return to this gem of a Newport B&B.

Oct 18 & 19, 2013 was our 1st visit to Newport, RI and our 1st time staying in an Inn. We absolutely LOVED it. I would highly recommend anyone who is visiting Newport to stay at the Spring Seasons Inn. The location of this Inn was in walking distance to the town and bars (and only a 5 min ride to the mansions). Susan and Bill were VERY nice, knowledgeable about the area and saw that we had everything we needed (including discount passes to the mansions) to make our weekend one of the best weekends we ever had. The place was spotless, our breakfast was GREAT (in a beautiful, cozy dining room) and parking was a plus. Fortunately we had the pleasure of meeting 4 other guests that made the stay even better. My husband and I will defiantly return next year (approx same time) and will stay at the Spring Seasons Inn. Thank you Susan and Bill for a wonderful weekend!

Room Tip: All rooms at the Spring Seasons Inn were fantastic!

Clean accomodations, great food and wonderful hospitality! Great location and value!
We will book our next stay here. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants , churches, and
marina. Easy parking access.

Room Tip: We prefer ground floor room.

We stayed in the Newport Suite for two nights to celebrate my 50th birthday. The Inn looks nice but unremarkable from outside but don't be misled. The Newport Suite is stunning beyond expectations, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious. Susan was very welcoming and able to give us good advice on where to go and where to eat. Breakfast was lovely as well. Would heartily recommend. Mike and Sam Davies

We stayed at the Spring Seasons Inn, in the Newport Suite, for a getaway. Susan was very nice and made us feel welcome. The inn has three rooms and is centrally located in Newport. We purchased the mansions, winery, and tennis hall of fame package ( did not use the latter). This turned out to be a great deal.

Our suite was on the top level of the house; it was well large, appointed and quite. We always looked forward to returning "our private retreat", after long day out in town.

The breakfasts were great, especially Susan's baked goods, for which guests would request second servings. As tea drinkers, Susan offered us a variety of teas and made us pots of tea each morning ( this was very special to us). We also had some interesting conversations about tea.

The inn was so close to restaurants and the waterfront, we would walk down every evening, have dinner and just stroll around. We would sometimes return "home" late, and found the warm glow of lights greeting us.

We enjoyed the mansions, especially "The Elms", and the winery (bought some wine). The restaurants were great. Our favorite is Benjamin's, the lobster roll, Rhode Island clam chowder, prime rib, and rice are "to die for ". Go early, they get crowded later in the day.

All in all, wonderful innkeeper, accommodations, and location.

After narrowing the field through a search of Newport's B and B guide, we used Trip Advisor's reviews in our decision process. We were very happy to have selected and stayed at Spring Season's Inn(springseasonsinn.com). Inn Keeper Susan was prompt in returning our phone call and accommodating in our request for the Newport Room. Our third floor suite was spacious, clean and well appointed (including wine opener and glasses). The Jacuzzi spa tub was welcomed after a day of walking around town. The Inn has off street parking and is only as few minutes walk from the shopping and dock areas. The balcony was a relaxing place for the provided morning coffee. Inn Keeper Susan attentive with out being intrusive. we would schedule our next stay for a weekend to be able to attend a afternoon tea. a highly recommend you stay at the Spring Seasons Inn.
