Our party of four went to Castle Hill upon the recommendation of our hosts in Newport. The setting on Ocean Drive is lovely and the weather permitted us to sit on the sun drenched terrace. Our waitress was cheerful, friendly and efficient. The food only lived partially up to the surroundings. The Chourizo and Clam cakes were more reminiscent of Southern Hushpuppies and lacked both Chourizo and Clams. The Lobster Roll served without the roll on a bed of greens was excellent. The Calamari were tasty but too greasy.
Reservations are a must during the summer season, walk-ins are accepted and seated in the bar on a first come, first serve basis.
