“I Love the History Mysteries”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 August 2014

A small but worth while site to visit especially if you like the history and the mystery that goes with it. The park guide was very much into the mysteries and was very willing to talk about all the sites around the area.

“A charming small site”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 August 2014

There is a small museum, visit this first so that you understand the ruins you are about to walk around. The artefacts will also help you imagine the everyday lives of the former occupants. I was particularly intrigued by the maps of the trade routes between the communities in this area. When you go out into the site proper, don't just look at the buildings, but look around you, into the valleys and imagine a network of inter-linked communities.
This museum and site are small enough for you to be able to engage even young children readily; they won't get bored.

“Unbelievable”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 August 2014

Very interesting to learn about this mysterious tribe that simply VANISHED! Visit Tuzigoot to view how the tribe built their homes within the Arizona rock formations. There is also a small informational center in addition to the monument and surrounding walkway.
