“Excellent Accommodation”
Reviewed 27 October 2014 for a stay in October 2014

The view, decor, design, functionality, and modernness made this condo an unbeatable choice. Waikiki Marina #2402 packs a punch and I have yet to stay at a studio with so many amenities and attention to detail as Waikiki Marina #2402. The weather was terrible due to a huge storm but I cant control that. It was nice to be in a beautiful comfortable place when it was not so beautiful outside.

Management Response
22 Sep 2014
This renter threatened legal action and threatened negative reviews if we did not give them a refund for their entire stay.
The tenant claims that the unit was entered and valuables taken. We have 5 units in this secure building. There are security cameras and and a fob device is required to enter the building. It is probably more secure than most open access hotels. The unit can only be entered with a touch pad lock. There was no evidence of forced entry and the touch pad combination is cleared after each rental and a new code is given to each renter. The only way that another person could enter the unit would be if the renter did not lock the door behind them or they gave the code to someone. A family member cleaned the unit prior to this rental and was at our home in Kailua the entire day of the claimed theft. This renter stayed in another of our units for 3 days and then moved to this unit. It would take a very bold person to enter a unit and stay for an extended time in that unit not knowing when the tenant would return. Note that this claim was at the end of their stay. They said their purse was not taken. Interesting that their ID's were in the purse which of course were needed to get on the return flight. Interesting that this was at the end of their stay. Interesting that there has never been a report of any illegal entry into any of our 5 units in this building in the 8 years we have owned them,or into any other units in the building with the key pad locks. Again, since there was no forced entry, the only way to enter this unit was if the door was left open or the code was given to someone. We have numerous vacation rentals in Hawaii. We have been renting units for over 40 years and this is the first report of any theft in any of our units.
