“Delicious, and great value and tastey!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 11 March 2013 via mobile

We go to choi's kitchen everytime we visit hawaii. We've been to Hawaii 6 times in the last 5 years and never fails, it guaranteed excellent! The bbq plate combo is my favorite! Pork, chicken and ribs, I always ask to get it with fried rice! It's located in the food fair at the International market place. We usually hang out at the beach and take a break there! Must try!

“Eat at Choi's Kitchen in the International Marketplace”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 March 2013

There are more than 2 dozen stall type restaurants in the food court of the International Marketplace. Many have a limited number of bins of hot well prepared foods with the plan that for about $6 you get rice or noodles and 2 entree items. At first Choi's looks the same, its windows all covered with pictures of its various offerings so that international visitors can just point to the picture they want. The big difference is that Choi's entree food is all prepared fresh. We ordered the Saba, a freshly prepared fillet of mackerel and chose 4 vegetables from the prepared choices. Spiced lettuce, bean sprouts, cabbage and.steamed rice. We also had BBQ Pork over fried rice and both the pork and the fried rice were excellent. Expect to pay a little more for freshly prepared foods but you're still around ten dollars a person. Since its a food court we noticed families splitting up and getting food from all over and then returning to one table to eat. Don't be afraid of the rag tag look of the food stalls in the International Marketplace. We've eaten at most of them and never been disappointed but Choi's is one step above the others.
