Me and my wife were walking down the street looking for something not-so-mainstream for our first night in Waikiki, when we saw this place, above a clothing store with the same name. It wasn't on our Fodor's guide, but it looked good from the street. It's on the third floor, and it has two balconies, one facing the street and the other facing the back. We didn't have reservations, but were able to get the last table on the front-balcony @ around 8pm on a thursday night.
The waiter brought our $4 draft beer fairly quickly, and we ordered some pupus (tapas/ appetizers) with the same price. Good stuff. Everything. We had the Ahi Poke, the fried Chicken, the smoked salmon, the spicy sausages and a pizza. All, except the pizza, were $4.
We stayed there for around 2 hours, and had a great time. When we left, the front balcony was still full.
