By day, The Vegas inspired lounge provides Hawaii's most unique setting for watching any sporting event. When the sun goes down, Rivals transforms into Waikiki's premier UltraLounge, serving up handcrafted signature cocktails, domestic and craft beers as well as the state's most extensive whiskey collection. Always classy and never antiquated, Rivals offers up an atmosphere which lends itself to enjoying time with friends and socializing.

“Looking For BTN in Honolulu”
Reviewed 13 September 2013

Was staying with family in Makaha and desperate to find a sports bar that could broadcast the UW Huskies - Illinois football game on the BTN (Big Ten Network). After calling at least a score of bars and finding none that could play the channel with their limited cable offerings, I found the Rivals sports bar in Waikiki. The bar manager said he would check and call me back to confirm it using his cell phone since I was using a Seattle area code phone. Five minutes later, he called back to COFIRM they would have it playing the game! How cool is that? Real sick, if you're a rabid DAWGS fan!!!! Hell yes, I'll drive all the way into Honolulu for the game!

“Cool sports bar”
Reviewed 22 July 2013

Went here because I found it on Happyhourpal.com. Upon entering there was a Seattle Sounders flag hanging in the entry, this put a huge smile on my face, whoever put it there knows good soccer!!!
There happy hour has amazing prices. Bloody Marys with wasabi for only $5 along with alot of other local favorites. There is also food specials on most everything on their menu. The bartender recommended the nachos, so we listened and I am glad we did. They are HUGE! You could feed at least 5 people on the one and for happy hour they only cost $7. We ate until we were both full and I dont even feel like we made a dent, we had leftovers for days. The salsa on the nachos is amazing and taste like it was made that day. YUM! I would def. go back. The prices are good for a bar being in Waikiki!

Can't tell if this place is cool or not. It wasn't busy. The bartender was nice and talkative though.
