My Cartier sunglasses which were purchased 10 years ago lens fell out whilst on holiday in June 2017. I walk into their store in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Centre and was treated as V.I.P. even though I had not purchased anything there.
They placed the sunglasses on a tray and took them behind the screen asking if we would like some bottled water while we waited. After a very short time they retuned with the glasses fixed, no charge and a very pleasant thank you. Now that's what I call service.

You could spend hours/days here, so much to see and do.

Multiple levels of a mixture of high end boutique shops and your normals shops like surf shops ect.

I spent quiet a few hours here and will come back next year.

Walk through the several blocks of the shopping complex to avoid the crowds and sun while walking down Kalakau.
There is a basic food court on the second floor
Cheesecake factory at one end and PF Changs at home he other on street level
Dining on level three
Shopping ranges from ABC and Forever 21 to Cartier and other high end stores being the majority
The back end looks out over the Royal Hawaiian hotel gardens

About a kilometre (0.6 mile) from the Hilton Hawaiian village by Waikiki and on your transfer from the airport you will drive pass this. Easy to walk back and have a full on shopping session here with many shops to choose from. 15 to 20 minute easy walk.

This is one of the several malls in the Waikiki beach area. Good selection of luxury brands as well as small stalls that offers more local stuffs. Definitely worth strolling through on your way to/from the beach.
