My Cartier sunglasses which were purchased 10 years ago lens fell out whilst on holiday in June 2017. I walk into their store in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Centre and was treated as V.I.P. even though I had not purchased anything there.
They placed the sunglasses on a tray and took them behind the screen asking if we would like some bottled water while we waited. After a very short time they retuned with the glasses fixed, no charge and a very pleasant thank you. Now that's what I call service.
