The apartment itself was small and the building less than luxury with workmen making quite a bit of noise, but we really appreciated the nice amenities provided--nice thick towels, extra beach towels and beach stuff including snorkels and flippers. The kitchen was quite well stocked with a coffee maker, microwave and oven. Best of all, we really appreciated having a washer/dryer (full size) right in the apartment. We saved a lot of money being able to have breakfast and snacks at the apartment. The only problem we had was the parking. We had a SUV and had a difficult time getting in and out since the spaces are so narrow. All and all, I would definitely recommend this place and would come back.

Room Tip: Best place for food shopping is the Food Pantry 2 blocks away.

The views from the Pent House top floors are fantastic and the host is so kind and caring. I explained that I was here to celebrate my 50th Birthday and she not only gave us an extra room (4 adults and I'd only booked for 1 room), the Penthouse! she also invited us to dinner at the Sheraton Princess all expenses paid!
The units are very clean and well appointed with A/C in each room. Bathroom has bath and shower double wash basins and a washer n dryer. Swimming pool upstairs is great for a relaxing swim away from the crowds and has heaps of lounges to work on that tan! If I came back to Honolulu I'd definitely stay here again :)

We returned to this apartment after staying in it in 2014, we did that because it was great value, clean secure and the owners very helpful and obliging. This time we paid more for the top floor.PH11,mountain view. We again were not disappointed. There has been a lot of renovation to the pool area and building which is still continuing although did not disrupt us in any way. The secure enterance and fob to get to your room floor and camera/security leave you feeling safe. The constant preening and cleaning of the areas was great to see.Having a washer and dryer and cooking equipment was great for us as eating in Waikki is expensive, everything you need to make all meals. We had a late flight going home which we hadn't thought of till we arrived and without hesitation we were given a complementary room for as long as we needed it. Only 10 minute walk to the beach and the canal is a nice walk. Yes we will return to Waikki and yes this condo is our first choice. Highly recommended. (P.Mckenzie)

Room Tip: Mountain view, high up as traffic can get noisy.

Location is close to everything but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Walking distance to many Waikiki attractions (zoo, beach, museums, restaurants, shopping, and more). Building is a mix of locals who live there and vacationers. Everyone was friendly, and we always felt safe. Only drawback is the street noise, but if you're staying in Waikiki it's going to be noisy.

First off, Jeanie was super accommodating and nice. She made you feel if something was not to your liking, give her a call and she would rectify it. Secondly, the room was spacious. Great mountain and golf view. Full kitchen. I mean she even provided the coffee filters for the Mr. Coffee. Parking and WiFi included with the price. Satellite TV. Washer and dryer. They even have maid service, although we did not use it. We just asked for garbage bags and towels. Security is solid. You have to use a FOB to get in and out. If there is a negative, it's that the building itself is older. So they are doing some renovations. But once it's completed, it should be great. We would most definitely go back the next time we're in Hawaii. Thanks again Jeanie
