We had dinner last night at Roy's after walking up and down the strip trying to find a place that wasn't going to make us wait an hour and a half for tables, and so glad we found Roy's. We had a 30 minute wait so had drinks by the bar and then we're seated well within the 30 mins quoted.
Entree was the shared smoked Szechuan ribs, the meat was so tender and fell off the bone. We live in Bondi Sydney so for those that have had Hurricanes ribs, these ones were just as good. Mains were the spiced ranch steak and local fish in macadamia crust and kona lobster sauce. Both amazing, but the steak was out of this world good. Free edamame whilst we waited for our meal was a nice touch.
Great service and drinks all round. Roy's is not exactly cheap but more than happy to pay for the quality of food and service you receive
