The indoor outdoor design of the HRC Honolulu is very cool. The bar area inside is huge and there is lots of room . Always good music and the food here was excellent. Have the pulled pork macaroni & cheese and a margarita flight sampler.

The shop downstairs was great while we waited for a table to be free upstairs. Upon arrival we were looked after extremely well. The children were made to feel special. Delicious food and didn't have to wait very long. Dessert was amazing. Highly recommend this venue.

The rock and roll memorabilia was great; Bono, A guitar played by Elvis, the Beatles, Johnny Cash and Elton suits.
The guitars running up the wall onto the roof was impressive.
Worth eating there too.

Always like visiting hard rock in any city that has one they never seem to disappoint. The one in Honolulu was no different. As you walk up the stairs you notice the ceiling lined with hundreds of guitars, pretty impressive. There is indoor and under terrace seating which overlooks the main drag. It is a fairly noisy restaurant. Service was good, didn’t have to wait long at all to be served and it was reasonably busy.
The bar area seemed to be the most popular place to sit.
I don’t eat meat or poultry and I’d say I was a little disappointed with the selection of fish or vegetarian options but as in most restaurants without a lot of choice I had the fish tacos. 3 tacos served with the best natural thin corn chips I have eaten, tomato salsa and black beans. I couldn’t complain
Hubbie had the rib which hung off the plate served with fries and a small serve of cold slaw. Again he said delicious.
Love looking at the memorabilia, the waiter pointed there is a $40 000 guitar that belonged to George Harrison just as you walk up the stairs.
This HR has plenty of seating and good service, but a little noisy not the place for an intimate dinner. Enjoyed it.

Had a really enjoyable dinner out while in Waikiki. The mini Margaritas with corn chips was a great way to start. My meal was nice but as with most US meal portions so big you get so full then cant have a desert.Great atmosphere, with a good table near the balcony. Excellent service, not too over the top as is sometimes the case in the US.
