I booked directly on the website, and got a great deal. This is a good option for those that want value and a basic place to rest your head. The room was biggish, bed comfy and wasn't too dirty/worn. Only complaints would be the walls are thin or it's just real loud outside, and there was just a little black mold on the tile in the shower behind the curtain. All in all, you can drop more cash for way less. I noticed some of the rates around $300-400 Christmas time which is just unreal to me. Location is great, they charge for parking like $25ish.

Stains on the carpets, varying hairs all around the bathroom and air conditioning that sounded like a lawn mower. The room was incredibly disappointing. The room service each day was sporadic and poor. I'm making the assumption that some rooms have been updated and we were unlucky and had one of the older ones. It was shabby with no balcony and smelt mouldy and damp

The staff were friendly, but lacking in local knowledge, or maybe just reluctant to help. I didn't feel that they wanted to assist us with our stay

Good location, Starbucks on the corner and restaurants all around. Just a couple of blocks from the main shopping area.

When we first got there, I didn't think we made a very good choice. But, the next morning and the rest of the time we spent there was great. Two outstanding employees were Robbie and Ese. Robbie check us in and held get a great room when we added another day to our stay. Ese we meant the next morning. He was a very cool dude. I think he would have given the shirt off his back if we asked him for it. We were there to meet my daughter, who's ship was docking at Pearl Harbor. We were leaving with her on the destroyer ( USS STOCKDALE (DDG 106) the next day to return to their homeport (San Diego) after a ten month deployment. The whole trip was great and it started with the Aqua Waikiki Pearl.

Room Tip: The side with balconies were the best. The higher up you went the better the view. There was this h...

We three shared a street facing room in October, we were so pleased with the spaciousness and comfy beds. The street is a bit noisy especially as we were on the third floor but that's the location, just a hop away from everywhere. The staff were great, holding our luggage for us after check out while we were at very nearby Waikiki beach.

It was our third staying in this hotel and everything was great as usual.
Our room was facing the back of this hotel and had a view of other hotel units but it was much quieter than the room with facing front. Great location with great staffs..Always welcoming the guests in and out and very friendly with great smiling. Our family enjoyed this hotel a lot and will stay there again. The only one inconvenience was parking situation..Thank you everyone in ,Aqua Pearl!Cheers!

Room Tip: lower floor can be little bit noisy..get higher floor room if it is possible. But staying in waikiki...

Fun, friendly and helpful staff. They made our stay so enjoyable.Large clean rooms.Remote controlled air conditioner.Nice T.V.,mini fridge and microwave. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower head and plenty of hot water.Located close to the beach. Lots of great local places to eat and a food court market place nearby. Again, I can't say enough about the staff.

We are a family of five and stayed in a one bedroom apartment. There was more than enough room for all of us. We are Kiwis from New Zealand and after a long flight (and grumpy kids 17y, 9y, 7y), we were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable local staff. For complete foreingers like us, that was awesome! We were there to meet up with a group of friends from Las Vegas, Australia and NZ, and the Legends bar downstairs became our "local". We didn't find any faults with anything, the room was clean and tidy. Our days were filled with swimming, shopping and touring around Oahu with our friends. So we were gone in the morning and back in the evening. We Kiwis are not fussy and when we travel all we want is a clean place to lay our heads down, after all we're not there to spend all day in our rooms! But we cannot stress enough about the service and the friendliness of the staff, always smiling and would talk to our kids about their day. Aqua Pearl is right in the heart of Waikiki and close to all the restaurants, better still, its only 2 blocks from the beach. Overall I'm glad we stayed here, we had the best holiday and would do it all over again!
