I have stayed at the Waikiki Circle before. Love this no frills hotel. Staff very friendly. I didn't spend a whole lot of time in the room because I wanted to explore the island but the time I did spend there was VERY enjoyable. Will definitely want to stay there again when I go back

We arrived at the hotel fairly early in the morning and were told there was a room ready if we wanted it now or we could wait until 3pm for normal check-in. Of course you accept the room that is ready after a 10 hour flight. DON'T! You are given a room on a low floor that they would normally not book out and, unless you ask, they don't offer to move you to a better room. We were on the third floor and there was a lot of building works next door. There is also lots of kitchen noise from an alley between the buildings. We stayed there for three days before a cruise and on our departure, we asked for a better, higher room on our return. Our second room was on the Diamond Head side of the building on the 14th floor and had the best views though as mentioned by others the rooms are small. The hotel would be better to put in one Queen or King bed rather than the two doubles. That being said, we give enough praise to the reception staff, particularly John, who were pleasant, obliging and nothing was a trouble to them. They are a credit to the hotel. Of course the location is the absolute best and we would certainly go there again.

Room Tip: Wait until 3pm to check in and ask for a high room on the Diamond Head side.

We chose this hotel because of the location, right across the road from the beach and the price was good. There is a $ 15 a day resort fee. The rooms are very small but very clean and they don't smell. We were lucky because we had a wheelchair friendly room and it had a separate toilet and shower and a queen size bed. We had a partial ocean view. The hotel is old but very well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful. They don't have a laundry but it is only a short walk to the Laundromat. The side rooms get a bit of wind but it was great for fresh air in the evening. We were a party of 9 so there were 3 different rooms and views. The only thing I was disappointed with is they only had Earl Grey Tea. Plain tea would have been better. Other than that it is a great little place.

We stayed here with a balcony room with a beautiful view. It happened to be the week of the Honolulu marathon and a wonderful parade on Pearl Harbor Day. What a place to watch both of the events and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. The rooms are quite small but total adequate for my husband and I. Right across the street from the beach and many restaurants very close by and of course an ABC Store. The price was excellent too.

Superb location on Waikiki. Just close to everything.
Rooms are small bathrooms are not luxurious, but u know what expect when booking.
Only downside was there was no ocean view from the bed even in ocean facing rooms bcoz of planning issues

I chose this location because it was right across the street from Waikiki beach and central to everything. $10 a day resort fee. First of all, the rooms are small but clean and kept up. The alarm clock broke after the first night but when we arrived back later we had a new one after we called the front desk. Everything is new and we enjoyed our stay here. For some reason though it was pretty windy the time we stayed there because we could hear the wind all night outside which kept us up but only on that side we were one as you couldn't hear it at the front of the building...weird. All and all, we enjoyed our stay. Bathroom is pretty small and the whole room is compact but it worked for us and we had a good stay. It felt clean and safe but it's not a luxury hotel. Pretty basic but stylish and cute. We liked it but I've since stayed at other locations since trying this out on my first stay. I'd stay again if the price was right and it's close to everything. This hotel has no swimming pool but the beach is across the street so it makes up for it.

Stayed here for 9 nights in a city view room. The view was crap, but the price was pretty good considering the location. In my opinion, best location in Waikiki. Central to everything, including the best part of Waikiki beach. Will be staying here again next trip, just next time it will be in an oceanfront room.

Room Tip: Go for the oceanfront rooms, worth the extra money for the view!
