Expedia employees were rude and act like they are doing you a favor. You get better service at a US Postal Office in NYC. Expedia controls the hotel because: 1) They do 60% of the hotel bookings; 2) Have replaced the traditional tourdesk so they do 100% of the tour bookings. Basically, Expedia can do what they want with the hotel. Expedia is now the marketing channel captain. Hotel management have no control over Expedia as Expedia employees who run the tourdesk are not hotel employees and answer to no one.
Bfast food gets very very old. It is cafeteria food quality or lower but what do you expect for free, Denny's quality?
