The service was good. All of the employees were polite. The tower is a little nicer than the building across Rycroft street. There were lots of low income families staying long term in the building across the street. The hallways and elevator were also dirty. I would reccommend staying in Waikiki - nicer hotels at same cost, and closer to the beach, and more activities going on.
