We received a very discounted rate for a spa suite as part of a group booking in late April. The space was much larger than we'd thought it would be, given that we were staying in the "Historic Tower" and not in the new section. The bathroom and shower were very large and modern. The room included a mini-fridge, perfect for chilling your white wine. The hotel was within walking distance of everywhere we planned to visit during our short stay in town, and has seven wine-tasting rooms on the premises.
The stand-out aspects included: the amazingly appointed lobby and seating areas; free cookies at 5:30 PM by the reception desk; buffet breakfast; small but functional gym; and most of all, the incredible customer service offered by every member of staff.More
