“Amazing and knowledgeable staff on some of the most beautiful grounds in Walla Walla”
Reviewed 27 August 2012

Great variety of wines, left with most of them. Driving up to the property we knew it was going to be an amazing experience. We cannot wait to go back and enjoy some more wine and seeping views.

“Great wines”
Reviewed 26 August 2012

One of the few wineries in Walla Walla that have a free tasting- and they have some of the best wines in Washington. It was one of the reasons we started in Walla Walla instead of Yakims.

“Tremendous wines and value”
Reviewed 3 August 2012

Varietally correct wines at a very fair price.
Great people from owners to tasting bar pourers.
Do noit miss this winery just down the road from Abeja, another best-of-show winery.

“Our favorite stop in Walla Walla”
Reviewed 28 July 2012

Walla Walla Vintners is located on a beautiful piece of property between vinyards, wheat fields, and rows and rows of lavendar. The wine is outstanding, and the staff is fun and relaxed. It is a beautiful spot for a picnic during your day of wine tasting.

“Walla Walla wine country, get there soon”
Reviewed 20 July 2012

Remember California wine country before the wineries all looked like chemical plants? You could actually talk with the people who made the wine. Walla Walla is a very good wine region, soon it will be one of the best in the world. French and Italian money buying land and building wineries is the sincerest form of flattery. There are only 32000 people in the city but more than 200 wineries ranging from family owned operations to big name international corporations. All the standard wines are available but from what I could tell there isn't a dominate grape varietal yet. Everyone seems to be trying out a wide range of Spanish and Italian grapes to see what happens. This makes for a great tasting experience.
This is a big county with onion and wheat farms everywhere, so be prepared to do some driving or take one of the tours. There are plenty of tasting rooms in the city if you prefer to walk. It's hot during the summer so bring water. Everyone learns sooner or later that wine does not keep you hydrated.
Overall I'd say you would have a hard time finding any bad wine. It's a lot of fun and there are a lot of great wines to be found.
