Thank you Chef Grant and Chef Steve for a wonderful dinner! I visited this restaurant twice during my stay because I wanted more unforgettable food. Our server was MARK very helpful and his recommendation was perfect. If you haven't been to this restaurant you need to go! Perfect in every way!

Fun place after a long day! Our bartender made the most amazing drink without soda! I can wait to go back and have another one!

We eat here - dinners are a treat, and a dinner at the Chef's Table is a unique, special experience. World class chef. They grow and can many of their own ingredients, and to me, that is just awesome. They also carry a wonderful selection of all price ranges of local wines. The bar is fun, and can be laid back or hopping, depending on what is going on in town. We also stay here (we live a half hour out, but will stay in town if we don't have a designated driver); lovely, lovely unique gem of a hotel, with really wonderful and helpful staff.

First of all, the Marc supports local business, which I think is important. The food is fresh and delicious. We have eaten here several times for both dinner and breakfast, everything is always top notch. The service is always very good, the atmosphere is pleasant for a date night, quiet and private enough ( in a booth) that you can talk.

We ate at The Marc during its summer 2014 menu. We tried a variety of items, including a superb prawn and scallop main, beet ravioli, and some exceptional mango and coconut mousse for dessert.

The food was top notch, the service attentive without being intrusive, and on par with some great restaurants we've visited recently in Seattle, San Francisco, and L.A. I also enjoyed the local wines that were featured prominently on the list. Being a bit distant from the big city means that prices are comparably lower as well.

The only misses were an amuse bouche of blue cheese crumbled on strawberry jam that tasted fine but was assembled rather carelessly, and the fact that the view out the window is of a Chevron station--best to face the other way, where a beautiful mural of the Walla Walla countryside dominates the other wall.
