We spent the night here on our way to Kennecott and had a very nice dinner in the restaurant. We all ordered one of the Russian dishes and none were disappointed. I had the Russian Pot, the vegetables were wonderful and the serving size was perfect, not overwhelming. Others ordered the Blinchiki and Chebureki and were equally happy with their choices. We topped it off with some great desserts. A very enjoyable dinner was had by all.
If you are ever in the area on the Richardson Highway south of Copper Center I encourage you to drop in and sample the food.
