We stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved it. It was before peak travel season so the park and little town felt like we had it all to ourselves. The room was very spacious and the kitchen was very fully furnished. It really felt like we were at home. Don't pass up crossing the parking lot to a little beach on the river where there's BBQ's set up and some chairs to sit in. Heavenly!!! Friendly staff!

The room was very spacious, well appointed, and we appreciated the kitchen which had a full-size fridge, a two burner stove-top, microwave, coffeemaker, dishes, pots and pans, adequate counter space and a table for four. It was easy to cook a full meal. The room was comfortable with responsive heating/cooling and there were plenty of towels. The living room pull-out couch wasn't very comfortable to sit on or sleep on, but our son didn't seem to mind much. The bedroom had a comfortable high bed. The location was so convenient to Zion, just across the river via a foot bridge or a two minute drive. We loved the lawn chairs and BBQs on the sandy beach boarding the river in front of the hotel. It was a delightful place to relax and eat after a hard day hiking in the park. The internet was inconsistent but weren't planning to spend much time on the computer anyway. The only thing we didn't care for were the smelly cleaning chemicals they used in the room each day. It would be great if they could use something non-scented and more environmentally friendly.

Room Tip: There don't seem to be elevators so if you have a lot of heavy stuff you don't want to haul...

Our family of four, including two adult kids, stayed here last week. A great off-season experience and very good value. The Lodge has a great location, right on the river, as close to the National Park as you can get. It even has a small beach, with barbecues that the guests can use (being February, we didn't). We had an extremely comfortable suite, with very comfortable beds; exceptionally clean; a well-equipped kitchenette; and a large bathroom. Although the pool was closed for the season, the outdoor hot tub was good. I would highly recommend the Lodge, without question. If we can get back to this beautiful part of Utah, we would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: The Murphy (pull-down) bed suite has a lot of room and is suitable for family of four, maybe even mo...

We had a "judy ann suite" and were not dissapointed. The room was large, clean and perfectly appointed. The jetted tub and fireplace were welcome after a long day on the trails in December. Our check in was fast and easy and we were right at the base of Zion. It was a quick ride to town or to the park.

I loved this place and cannot say enough! First, we booked the room for the beginning of January but had to cancel due to our baby getting really sick, even though it was within the 72 hours of their policy they didn't charge us. We later rebooked for the end of January. When we got there we were so impressed! The lodge is situated just before the entrance to Zions National park. Just outside our room was a beautiful river and amazing, tall majestic mountains. The room was beautiful! Very nice furniture, granite countertops, kitchen. Very nice and comfortable king bed in a separate room. The bathroom had a granite shower and granite counters with a bidet on the toilet. I was amazed, I have never stayed anywhere that had a bidet, my kids thought it was great. It was very quiet and we couldn't hear anyone in the other rooms. I can't say enough, it was really amazing.

We purchased a Living Social deal for a weekend at Cable Mountain Lodge and were not disappointed. The suite was spacious, clean and modern. The location of the lodge is fantastic - walk to Zion National Park. We had the brew pub to ourselves, but the food was good and the service very friendly. Having a small market on the property was convenient as well. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Room Tip: We did not select a canyon view room and our windows looked out on a hill - basically a large dirt p...

Cable Mountain Lodge is a wonderful property that in excellent shape. We were here in mid-January so the place was a ghost town (which is what we hoped for). The staff was phenomenal and I couldn't have asked for more!! Thanks Cable Mountain Lodge!!!
