I'm actually writing this from this hotel room. Very comfortable and excellent jumping off point for Southwest Utah, especially the Zion/Bryce area. Safe, quiet. RV and campground in the same complex so some very stringent quiet hours but that was perfect for us as we're worn out when we get back anyway. Crazy close to a town shuttle stop and within an eighth of a mile of the entrance of the park. Staff was awesome when I was left high and dry without a key or identification. Continental breakfast wasn't awesome but it was edible but that's not enough of a problem to keep us down.

We stayed here for two nights in the motel rooms. It seems like there are two types of reviewers here. The RV park reviews are bad but the motel rooms reviews are good. Read the reviews carefully according to your type of accommodation. For the motel rooms, they have some rooms above the office building and then a Building A and Building B. Our room was in building A room #215 and 217. You need your key card to get into the building. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable bedding. Our room had great view of the mountain especially beautiful at sunrise. Our room also facing a beautiful vegetable garden of one of the neighboring house. To our delight, each morning when we open our window curtain, we'll see an old man working on his garden diligently with the sunrise mountain as the background. The picture was just priceless! Their breakfast was good with some hot items like eggs, sausages and biscuits and gravy. The guy work at the breakfast room is very friendly and helpful. We also used their laundry room to wash our wet and dirty clothes after we hiked the narrows. Their laundry room is big with a lot of washers and dryers. It cost $2 per load.

The location is close to the entrance of the park and the shuttle stop. The Zion Adventure Company is just across the street. It was very convenience to just walk across the street to rent our gears for hiking the narrows. We were very satisfied with this motel. There is another Quality Inn in Springdale. This one is closer to the park entrance.

We stayed in the RV park in two groups of four campers and payed $40 per group per night. That might not sound too bad until you realize that the space you get is so small you're literally right next to surrounding campers--there's no buffer at all. And it's just dirt, a picnic table, and a cement fire-pit, no landscaping except for a few struggling saplings sometimes marking a border between tent sites. So, it's very crowded and dusty. And it's noisy all night long.

The campsite bathrooms were a mess during our stay--no toilet paper during most of the two days we were there, despite complaints by many campers to the office. Showers are on a six-minute timer operated by a token you get at check-in, but the water pressure is so low you'll be hard-pressed to notice the difference between before and after you insert the token. Although they apparently had enough water during the day to turn on sprinklers which soaked our tents and camping gear while we were hiking.

I can't speak to the indoor room quality, but if a campsite is what you want and if you're really desperate and miss out on the much cheaper and nicer Zion Park campgrounds, the Quality Inn RV Park might be worth it to you, but its only real merit is that it is right next to Zion Park.

I only spent one night here, but worth it. A very nice room, and easy to get to the Zion Park plus restaurants. The breakfast was good, about at the same as most motels that have on site breakfasts. Price wise about the same as most for this time of the season, plus it has a camp ground/RV park.

This lodging is well location as it is just minutes from the park entrance. Everything is clean. However, there are no elevators so if you have a room on the second floor YOU will have to lug your baggage up and down those stairs. All else about the place is good value for the money.
