Stayed here last year as a family, my wife and and I decided to leave them home this time for a much needed break. This place is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast is great, we were offered made to order eggs each morning. This is the most affordable option this close to the park entrance, we just walked in.

This hotel is more of an RV and tent site than a hotel. I didn't realize that for some reason and it was a great surprise. I didn't realize we would have such great river access. Forget the pool! There are two buildings with two floors and very few rooms. This means very little to no noise. We took the kids (10 and 7) down to the river, a two minute walk from our room. This was a blast! The kids never went in the pool.
The hotel serves up a hearty breakfast buffet. All of these types have low quality, but do the job to get you going. They had waffles, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, cereal, etc.
The rooms were clean. There are two restaurants really close by.
Since the room had a table, we got take out each night.
I would stay there again.

Hotel is small and backs into RV/camping site but it was clean and well appointed albeit a bit small. AC could have been quieter but it kept out any outside noise. They have a small pool for guests and a good breakfast including make your own waffles. At just over $125/night it was reasonable for state park area lodging.

We stayed at the Quality Inn at Zion Park for one night in mid-May so we could be close to Zion in the morning. This hotel is very close to the park entrance and the bus picks you up out front. You cannot drive through most of the park and the lots are all full by 10:00 am, so using the bus is the way to go. I did not realize the hotel was also a Campground / RV park…and missed it driving by. The hotel is actually the small part of the operation. Check in was busy but went relatively quickly.

They put us in a room that was set up for handicap access, although we did not need it, it was a nice room. The shower controls and bathroom counter are lower to accommodate a wheel chair but are not that low as to make use by able folks a problem. Our room had a king bed, large closet, night stand, alarm clock, dresser, tall dinner table with two chairs, TV, in-room Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and a sliding glass door to a patio with two chairs. There is an ice machine right by the entrance to the rooms.

Our patio looked out over the campground and had a fabulous view of the mountains as a back drop. It was nice to walk through the camp ground, but there were a lot of people in a small area. There is a small river in back that has a river tubing operation just next door. There are lots of places within walking distance to eat. We ate dinner at the WhipTail next door and the food was good. They serve the typical bar type menu with a few extras. They only have beer and wine as far as alcohol. Breakfast was included with our room rate and it was in the main building of the Hotel/campground. It was one of the better I’ve seen as far as selection but it is basically what you would expect with complimentary breakfasts.

This is certainly not a luxury hotel, but what you would expect from a Quality inn. It is all about the location. I would consider it again if I were traveling to Zion, and from my observations…I’d skip the campground.

This motel/RV Park is located less than 5 minutes from Zion NP entrance. Our king room was spacious and comfortable with a couch and nice, new, modern furniture. Bathroom was adequate although not entirely clean - hair on the floor and previous guest's coffee bag in the tiny coffee maker. The water pressure varied a lot during the shower as did the temperature - high pressure cold water or low pressure hot water were the only choices. Could not get the temperature to comfortable warm to save my life. Wi-fi worked great the one night we stayed and the breakfast was out of this world - everything was fresh, even the pastries/cinnamon buns. The breakfast attendant was talking special orders. Parking is a bit limited. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Well located hotel with RV park at its rear. Got a good deal so had a low expectation.

Room was large, clean, refrigerator, everything worked.

Internet frustrated in the evening. Most of the daytime spent in Zion so not a major issue. Would stay again.

Staff fine

Room Tip: We were in block B. Very close to swimming pool. That can be a good or bad thing

We stayed here July 3rd and 4th in the hotel rooms (not the campground), and we enjoyed our stay. This Quality Inn was clean and well-priced. It was one of the more affordable options in Springdale over the holiday but it was comfortable and the location was just fabulous! You could walk to Zion National Park from here. We didn't, and there is the convenient town shuttle, but the option is there! Great restaurants were also within walking distance.

Our room was a decent size, the bathroom was a little small, but otherwise it was no-frills but enjoyable -- more than what you'd expect for the price! We had a view of a beautiful canyon wall from our room. The room walls were a little thin, we could hear people running up and down the halls and talking, but it didn't interrupt our sleep or cause us any problems.

The breakfast was simple and tasty -- we grabbed cinnamon rolls on our way to hike Angel's Landing as soon as breakfast was available. Unfortunately, breakfast isn't officially open until 7 am, a little on the late side if you want to get on the trails to beat the heat, but the front desk let us run in a few minutes early so we could leave as soon as possible. The service here was very friendly and helpful.

The campground/hotel mashup is interesting, but it was a plus for us. We enjoyed wandering around the campground looking at the stars and smelling the campfires after we returned from a late dinner.
