“Quiet place to stay”
Reviewed 8 February 2012

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Bumbleberry Inn. We had a room in the very rear of the property and a great view of The Watchman from our window, especially at sunset. Also enjoyed watching the ducks, geese, chickens, and pygmy goats in the back forty.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the place was clean and affordable. There is a good cafe style restaurant on the premises where we had supper, and there are lots of other restaurants in little Springdale itself.
The entrance to Zion National Park is about a mile down the road. You can pick up a shuttle at the hotel or drive in to the park headquarters and pick up a shuttle there, as cars aren't allowed throughout most of the park.
Would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: Rooms in the rear have the best views.

We weren't looking for anything fancy, and the price appeared to be good for this property, so booked it on their web page. The confirmation on the webpage said price would be about $58 plus taxes. When the confirmation was sent to my email address, there was no price on it, so I queried this, and a new confirmation arrived with a price of $108 + charges, coming to a total price of approximately $121.82. If I hadn't queried this, I would have only found out when I went to leave. I've now cancelled the booking, and booked with a hotel that is highly rated on Trip Advisor for a similar price.

Room Tip: My tip is always make sure your confirmation has on it the price you agreed to!

A room in the winter IS $58.00 and is not deceptive. A room during the summer season is $108.00. The range is there not only with my motel but all the other motels in Springdale. I am sorry that this person had problems with understanding the rates online. I have tried to keep my rates fair and on the lower end trying to be fair. This ranking by this person is unfair as it isn't even based on the motel but based on an misunderstanding of the seasonal rates.

Great views of mountains, friendly service and really affordable.

This place needs atleast 3 night stay, if you want to enjoy it well.

Adjoining cafe had the best frech toast i ever had.

Room Tip: Select the ones facing the mountains towards the back

Cheap for the city of Springdale.

I was expecting a lot worst then what I did see since the Bumbleberry Inn is at the bottom of the list of Tripadvisor.

Overall everything is ore then OK, there is a hot tub (open till 8pm), beds are comfy, Wifi work great and you always have a partial view of the mountains.

You stay there again anytime.

The only draw back, is the shower head that need to be replace since it don't give a lot of water, plugged whit calcium I guess. But showering was overall ok.

Room Tip: Second florr

This hotel is set back away from the very busy main street, thus quiet. Rooms are large, clean some have a nice view of the surrounding red rock cliffs. Good service but no breakfast included. Located right next to Zion N.P. with free shuttle service to the park.

We enjoyed our stay at the Bumbleberry Inn.

While this place could use a few upgrades, everything was clean and in working order. It was especially nice to come back to a jetted tub after a long hike in the Narrows. Not all rooms are equipped with this amenity, so be sure to ask ahead.

They do offer WiFi, but I found it to be intermittent. We were in Zion National Park, so I think going without internet access for a few days wasn't a bad thing. We should all disconnect now and then.

The Bumbleberry Inn was totally adequate for what we needed and at a good price point too!

Room Tip: Not all rooms have a jetted tub. Our did. It was room 222.
