Great location if you want to go to Zion National Park. The Bus leaves to go there on the other side of the road. The Room was one of the best we stayed in the 5 weeks we were in USA. Good food in lots of Restaurants near by.

Room Tip: Rear hotel has great view

The receptionist and Manager Trish were exceptionally helpful to me during a recent vacation. They showed empathy, professionalism and true, old fashioned customer service. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was located close to Zion National Park and had the shuttle at the front of the property. We had a room on the second floor at the end of the hall so we didn't have any noise issues that others have stated.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and gave great suggestions and feedback.

Overall a great value for the price that we paid.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the 2nd floor to avoid any potential noise issues and ask to have a room facing the park, great way to enjoy the balcony!

Very cute hotel, including the name. We had to try their famous bumbleberry pie. It was delicious. They have a great gift shop along with a grocery store and camping supply store. The view from the parking lot is amazing. I would definitely stay here again. We arrived late and there was an envelope on the door of the office that contained our room number and key, which was very convenient.

Springdale hotels are expensive in the summer. That's a given. Here are the pros and cons of Bumbleberry Inn.

Pros: location is great, as are the views (but that's another given in Springdale). Nice pool. $136 is the cheapest rate I found in town.

Cons: noisy room on the ground floor. Deal breaker: toilet in the bathroom wasn't flushed. Lots of things left on the floor near the beds. The "head house keeper" inspected the room and declared it ok after one minutes (he basically flushed the toilet for us). No apology, no discount. I wanted to talk with them about it when we departed, but the office which only opens at 8 still wasn't open ten minutes after that and we were in a hurry. Th fridge worked, but wasn't very cold.
$136 is too much for the cleanliness issues.
