Very nice B&B. We feel so good about it
that it made it into our top 10 B&B's that
we've stayed at over the past 25 yr's.
Very nice hostess, excellent breakfast's,
top notch accommodations(from comfy bed
to large bathroom). Great views from
balcony (Narrow's room). Would stay here
again in an instant!

Room Tip: Room's at back of house get the afternoon "shade".

We stayed at the Zion B&B for two nights in June, 2014. The B&B was easy to find, and very close to the National Park, restaurants, and shopping. The house itself was beautiful. The owner told us that it was built and designed to be a B&B, and that was obvious. There was nothing that they didn't think of! It was situated in a gorgeous setting with fantastic views. Our room was the "Hidden Canyon Room", located on the second floor, which had two queen-size beds, a private bath, and a deck. We were travelling as a family, two adults and one teenager, and we found that we had plenty of room. One of the common areas featured a massage chair and pinball machines, and plenty of comfortable places to relax. But the best thing about Zion Canyon B&B was the breakfasts! They were delicious! I highly recommend a stay in this B&B. You won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: If you are travelling with more than two people, consider the "Hidden Canyon Room" which c...

We stayed 5 nights at this b&b and had a great time. It was the first time we had stayed in a b&b in the US and we really enjoyed it. The breakfasts were really imaginative (even for us veggies!) and, most importantly, beautifully cooked. We were served a different menu every day of our stay. Breakfast is served at 8am which is a little late if you want to beat to the crowds to the trails but the hosts are really accommodating and they happily made us brekkie at 7am. We stayed in Emerland Pools room and they gave us the use of their utility room (access to ice machine, water and fridge). Hosts are friendly and helpful but not at all over bearing. The house is lovely; as guests we had access to the lounge area and upstairs lounge which contains pinball machines and the massage chair; highly recommended after a hard day's walk. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Location is great and easily within walking distance of park entrance.

Easily the best place to stay when visiting Zion National Park. The best food, great coffee, wonderful people and spectacular views ! All walking distance to the gates of Zion. The Master is well worth it. Have a great breakfast and coffee. Then, go for a hike and return to a steam shower & private massage chair.

Room Tip: You can't go wrong with "The Master !" So worth the extra few bucks ! It has a steam...

The setting is perfect with Zion as the backdrop and the house exudes relaxation and comfort. The attention to detail is evident and the geniality of the host and hostess was unsurpassed. We loved our stay and have shared pictures with our friends and family, who all comment on the lovely setting.
We highly recommend staying here if you are planning a trip to Zion.

NOTE: We stayed here in May 2013.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was large and well furnished with a large balcony and breathtaking views of the canyon. We are glad to find that they are just a short walk to the free transit that takes one to the park. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on and their dogs are friendly, but not over-friendly. The grounds are lovely and we enjoyed our walk through the garden. It is nice to know that some of the items we had for breakfast, came from the garden. Homemade pesto was awesome, marinated strawberries and berry streusel item was tasty. Should we return to Zion, this place will be at the top of our list.
