We had to change hotels because our original hotel was sold out on Saturday night. We were told that this La Quinta was only 6 months old. We checked in early and asked for a room on the second floor. Our room, #212 was dark and had a small window that looked out to construction equipment. Right outside our door was a closet facing our door. We decided that we had the worst room in the entire hotel. The views should have been amazing! On the positive side, our room was a good size and had a separate seating area. It was very clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and basic. The furniture appeared to be relatively new. There was a large comfortable lobby in another building where guests could have breakfast which was included in the price of the room. Breakfast was tasteless including the weak coffee.

Room tip: At check-out, I asked the desk clerk which rooms had the best views. She said the second floor rooms in the back (not facing the central parking lot) were the best rooms.

This property near Zion National Park was very unique for the beautiful surroundings. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great laundry room and very roomy lobby area. Room was large, clean and comfortable.

Without a doubt the best La Quinta I have stayed at. Everything about it is A1. It should be. It was opened less than a year ago in a terrific location.

Helpful polite staff, large well equipped clean rooms, upgraded breakfast, wonderful pool and spa. The list goes on, but the best thing of all is the incredible view from every room and from anywhere on the property of the breathless Zion red rock hills.

Because of it's location at the edge of Zion National Park the hotel can be expensive.and rates vary all the time. So check ahead.

Highly recommended.

Room tip: I think all the rooms are good, but the top floor on the east side have the better view..

Great place for families. The pool is fun, lots of water features. Swimming at night was sweet, there were color features in the water. Rooms were fantastic. Continental breakfast exceeded expectations. Will, stay here again.

Wow, this place is smack dab in the middle of the red rocks. Very updated, clean, and good location. Breakfast was pretty good. I thought they would have eggs and bacon which I was looking forward to as I can't have gluten. They only had egg ham and cheese sandwiches and I was so disappointed. However, the staff was very accommodating and provided me with the sandwich with no english muffin. I was so happy! A hot breakfast is so great before a hike! The pool is really beautiful too. The only downside is the bed is right next to the a/c/heater and whoever is sleeping on that side (me) will either freeze or burn up. No big deal though. Great place! I accidentally left my phone in the room, and they had it at the front desk. I appreciate the honesty of the staff!

Room tip: Room 112 is close to the pool, and has a perfect view of the red rocks and mountains out of the window.
