Conveniently located across the street from the Best Western Zion (a superb place to stay!). Good food and great service at reasonable prices. I had the Chile Verde and my wife had a Southwestern entree salad - both were generous portions. If you like your food hot/spicy, however, bring your own hot sauce because the house blend - the only thing they serve - has sugar and carrots as ingredients before the peppers.

Great dining on the outdoor deck. Wonderful meal with great service. Homemade guacamole and chicken taquitos were delicious.

We stayed three nights in Springdale, and this was by far our favorite restaurant. If I had to give one recommendation, it would be to arrive early for a table on their patio (but not too early, as they open at five for dinner). They have hummingbird feeders all around the patio (one was right above our table), and we had a close up view of the hummingbirds while we enjoyed our meal. There is also a little park adjacent to the patio, and it was fun to watch all the different types of birds play in the fountains.

I enjoyed their tamales and local wasatch white ale. Highly recommend!

This is not your usual TexMex. I really enjoyed the sweet potato tamale with pork - it was very tasty and different. The location is great, right on the main street and we easily got there on the shuttle and then walked back to our hotel. Service was great. The decorations are interesting and a source of conversation.
