The ribs were awesome, the steak salad was unbelievable and the volcano dessert at the end made this the best meal we had in N America.
It was very reasonably priced at under $75 for 5 meals and dessert.
The service was efficient and polite and everything seemed effortless.
Would return to Springdale just to visit this restaurant again.

The garlic burgers after a day of hiking Zion National Park are fabulous! Even though hunger is the best sauce, the burgers are fresh and delicious ... and they stand on their own. They are huge!! The sweet potato fries are great. Add a brew or mixed drink (we have done both) and you have a meal to enjoy and remember!

Us, grumpy Europeans, often (under)qualify the US of America as simply huge and its citizens as (over)friendly.
However, I dare to ask you, what is wrong with pulling a friendly face towards the people you meet ?
And what is wrong with the simply delicious (to both eye and taste) and gigantic Volcano Brownie Sundae that is served in that same friendly manner at Oscar's in Springdale (Utah) ?
My answer is as simple as life should be itself : nothing wrong with that !

We visited Oscars late afternoon mid-week. Although, they were busy we were seated immediately on the large patio. We had our 80 lb well behaved dog with us. They brought her a bowl of water of her very own and a huge dog bone treat before they even took our order. Service was good, food was good. Pricing is in-line for other tourist type places. Nice variety on the menu. Bathrooms were clean. I would definitely go again.

We had the ribs and the spicy chicken sandwich, both great choices. The ribs were meaty, fell off the bone and the sauce was very good. They came with a salad, fries and onion rings, also good. The sandwich was a tasty combination of grilled chicken breast, cheese, guacamole, mild green chilies and jalapenos served with sweet potato fries that were crinkle cut and crisp. Generous servings, and the service was good.
