“Yum (and not all hippie either)”
Reviewed 13 November 2013

Went to this place looking for a quality lunch and found that, plus a soda, homemade brownie and couple power-bars for my afternoon adventure.

Much of what they sell is fresh / organic / natural but you can find mainstream products as well, giving a nice balance and one-stop-shop sort of use. Reasonable prices for Springdale tourist shops as well.

“Nice to have choices available”
Reviewed 10 November 2013

Always manage to forget something when we travel, how nice find a fully stocked store in such a remote area. While many items are priced a little high I expect that. Just for having options available and not having to shop at a gas station convenience store makes thing more pleasant.

“Surprised at the options”
Reviewed 10 November 2013

Organic, Gluten Free, Veggies and a Meat cutter in the back. Pretty much everything you could need for your stay if you forgot something or wanted to make your own meal. Little pricey which we figured but didn't expect the variety of options. Grabbed some beer and breakfast stuff. Parking is a little tight in the garage.

“Good fresh foods reasonable food prices.”
Reviewed 3 November 2013

Yes, Sol Foods is pretty much the only place in town for groceries but it does have a good selection and the fresh food is good quality. We bought readymade sandwiches, ingredients to make our own picnics and used the salad bar twice. We also bought various pastries and drinks; all good quality and reasonable price considering the location.

It is not cheap for toiletries etc. but if you’re not organised enough to bring your own you have to pay !

Shop was clean and staff friendly and efficient.

“Great takeaway food! Better than Fresh Market Food :)”
Reviewed 29 October 2013

After our first (and only) bad experience in Springdale (at the "Historic Pioneer Restaurant") we walked over to Sol's to get something to eat before heading in to Zion. Wow! We got sandwiches and salami and cheese for mid-day protein refills...then came back each night for salad bar, fresh soup, and then really good takeaway foods...like roasted tomatoes, good cheeses, bread, flank steak, meat loaf, etc. Our hotel room was equipped with a nice kitchen set-up, so we got Sol's bagels and chive cheese, snacks for the national parks, and several fresh dinners...Incredible selection of meats, cheeses, gluten-free products, candy and drinks for everyone to be happy!
