Description: Hello! And welcome to our site. Our small but excellent menu includes dishes from Thailand and Indochina, and now Japan! We specialize in homemade Thai curries, Pad Thai, Springdale rolls, Vietnamese Banh Xeo, Springdale Stir-fry, Sushi Rolls, Miso Soup and Vegetarian dishes as well as local desserts. We also have a childrens menu & some Western dishes. Everything on our menu is homemade giving us the distinction in Southern Utah of a truly natural and delicious, Asian cuisine. We also pay close attention to health by using the highest quality ingredients including organic, natural or Non-GMO products whenever possible, such as Tofu, Beef, chicken breast, peanut butter, Edamame, eggs, high oleic sunflower oil, and a variety of produce from our own garden and orchard or from local farmers. We also use stainless steel cookware and no MSG can be found in our kitchen

“A lovely surprise!”
Reviewed 14 June 2014

We really weren't expecting to find such a good Thai restaurant in this little town. The food was delicious- the choices were varied ,with lots of good seafood and tofu for vegetarians and the service was excellent.

“overpriced, okay food”
Reviewed 7 June 2014

my husband and I ordered food there. I guess we should expect the food to be overpriced (16-19) bucks for pad thai. The service was a little slow. One of the server was nice but our server was ok. The menu was asian fusion and had many different kind of food. Being Vietnamese, we ordered a vietnamese dish (banh xeo) but a thai dish was brought out (pad see ew). When we told her we ordered banh xeo not pad see ew, our waitress attempted to tell us that this is banh xeo. I don't fault her because she's Caucasian and can't understand the pronunciation. the only thing is, it's her job to at least know the sounding of it. if she's not sure of a dish she should confirm with us in English that we wanted crepe and not noodles. She said she's not familiar with the sounds of the dish. We left feeling annoyed but it's Zion- we didn't come for the food, only the hiking.

“Wonderful Thai!”
Reviewed 30 May 2014

this Asian fusion restaurant was excellent. I had Pod Thai and my husband had the orange chicken. Both dishes were wonderful. The ingredients were fresh and the seasoning was subtle.

“Excellent food, fantastic service”
Reviewed 28 May 2014

The food really is both authentic and tasty. I ate a completely vegan selection and was able to self-select the spice level, which was both understood and delivered. The portions are big but manageable and the menu options are varied too. The staff really do add to the experience; attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful in terms of both the menu, pacing, and the service overall. Were we staying another night in Springdale we'd be headed back to the Thai Sapa for dinner.

“Great place for vegans & vegetarians!”
Reviewed 27 May 2014

The entire menu has everything clearly labeled for vegans with tons of options! I was so ecstatic after a long hike at the Narrows to come right in and actually be able to have loads of vegan choices! What a random surprise & a great way to end the day :)
