“What a fantastic place to stay in Springdale..”
Reviewed 16 July 2014

My family absolutely loved our stay at the Cliffrose Lodge. It’s within walking distance to the shuttles for your entrance into Zion National Park and the beach front along the river is great. My kids loved the pool and we spent many hours by the fire pit located near our room. It felt like we were camping in luxury. I would highly recommend staying here on your trip to Springdale.

Room Tip: I believe my only negative is the hotels near Zion National Park are very expensive in my opinion...

Just spent a couple nights at Cliffrose Lodge, right by Zion National Park.... it was the best place ever if you plan to spend any time in the park. It is literally steps away from the cliffs of Zion and we so enjoyed our stay there. The rooms are spacious with mini refrigs and coffee makers, nicely furnished and equipped...even including pool towels! Our room looked out at the gardens and pool area and we had a view of the red rocks of Zion all the time from our balcony. It was soooo pretty. Pool and hot tub were amazing.Hot Breakfast with plenty of choices each day was included and gave us a great start to our day. You can not go wrong with this place... this was part of our honeymoon stay in Utah and it was simply great!

Room Tip: had the corner room and it was quiet and we parked right by our room. super convenient! loved the ba...

First, the little 'condo' was exactly as it looked on the website; same with the entire property. They were very well maintained and serviced, and absolutely lovely to wander through at the end of the day. River access was literally right there! Finally, the people - I just can't say enough! They felt like friends, and were helpful and cheerful. The location - I could not have asked for a better spot, and it was incredibly easy to get literally everywhere! It made our vacation perfect!

Room Tip: The condo setup facing the water on the first floor was perfect: easy in, easy out, easy eating (the...

We stayed here for 2 nights with our 3 kids. You are a short walk from the entrance to the park and a small shopping area where you can rent equipment for the Narrows hike. Our room was fine- small and clean. We all fit as comfortably as is possible with 3 kids! The pool was nice, had a lovely view of the mountains and was great to relax in after a day hiking. There was a small laundry room around the corner that we used before moving on to our next destination.

We had a one night stay at Zions during our journey through the canyon lands, but I wish we could have stayed longer. The room was expensive, but given the location it was to be expected. The view of the mountains and river from our balcony was amazing. We had a table and four chairs on our private balcony so we were able to spend time out there. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to walk to anything we needed, including the entrance to the park and the park tram. There was another free tram close by that would take you into town. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was quite good, with both hot and cold foods available. We would definitely stay here again.

Room Tip: The river view rooms have a much better view than the canyon view rooms...even of the canyons.

This hotel was a perfect place to stay while visiting Zion National park. It is a 5 minute walk to the park entrance. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean. The swimming pool was very nice, with great views of the park cliffs and mountains. The rooms also have similar great views. The complimentary hot breakfast was a convenient way to fill up and get the day started. I would definitely stay here again.

We love the Desert Pearl but it was sold out...
This was our 2nd choice and it was fine but not as funky as the Desert Pearl. The location is just outside the entrance which is perfect. Also, next door is a super cute coffee shop, Cafe Soleil...
The bed was soft and yummy. The bathroom very small. Get to the pool early unless you want a noisy kids pool.
