this was a great place to rest after a long day of travel. Close to town as we had hoped but still with beautiful scenery, welcoming staff and efficiency options if we had been staying longer or travelling with more families.

Room Tip: room 411 is good for a family of 4 room 511 is good for a larger family if you like a river view. Po...

My husband and I generally stay at the Zion Lodge inside the park but drive in to Springdale for dinner because the lodge restaurant is lacking selection and flavor. This year we decided to stay in Springdale instead and we were so glad we selected the Desert Pearl Inn. We stayed in a room along the river. The room was well appointed and the view of the Watchman from our deck was spectacular, especially right before sunset. The little kitchen was great for a quick breakfast before hiking and for afternoon wine and snacking. We loved sitting in the Jacuzzi in the evening looking at the stars and visiting with other guests. Also, it was great to be within walking distance of restaurants and the grocery store. Desert Pearl is very near to the entrance to Zion so it is only a ten minute drive into the park. Although we missed our evening stroll to the Court of the Patriarchs ( a tradition when we stay at the lodge) I think it was much better to be in town with the amenities of a nice hotel. We will definitely stay at the Desert Pearl again.

Room Tip: We stayed in a room by the river but if I was staying with children or in the summer I think I would...

Again, for the third time in 6 years this place exceeds our expectations and we feel sad every time we have to leave...
Details, cleanliness and all the amenities you can dream for all wrapped up in a wonderful red rock landscape. Simple things and very not simple things are all together in a room where every thing has been thought of, like that rock soap bar that smells so good, a dishwasher , fridge, dvd player and great space, blinds that actually keep the sun out and that beautiful wood floor. Everything has been thought of and no corners have been cut here.
Do yourself a favor, stay here and enjoy a great place at an amazing price.
Thank you again, you are always number one for us!

Room Tip: I love the rooms on the ground floor right around the pool area. Don't worry, you won't hear...

The room has all the right amenities - kitchenette, wonderful linens and pillows, balcony with a view of the cliffs. Bath was great, complete with bidet! I would definitely stay here again when I could relax by the pool.

We were thrilled to arrive at this lovely motel in the centre of Sprindale utah.
It was freezing but the very large family queen room was warm and cosy. Well equipped with fridge, coffee machine and a generous bathroom.
The laundry on site was very welcome for this travelling family.
The reception staff were reallly efficient and friendly and gave us lots of info about the town and where to eat.
Most of all we loved the incredible views, wow!!

Our accommodations were terrific. The large lovely rooms were very practical with kitchenette, spacious baths, and stunning views of the river and cliffs. We stayed on top floor and needed to change rooms when family arrived. The hotel couldn't do enough for us to make the transition go as smoothly as possible.

It was very handy to have a Starbucks, bagels, coffee cakes, etc on site for take back to room in AM. The town shuttle to Zion stopped out front, the pool area was beautiful and the entire property was spotlessly maintained. There are laundry facilities on site. A perfect beginning to our Zion, Bryce, Capitol Reef, Arches and Canyonlands journey. This hotel was our favorite!!

I loved staying here. Desert Pearl was our first lodging on a week-long hiking trip through Zion and Bryce Canyon, and it was my favorite. Our room was sleek and modern with a charming patio with a view of the mountains and creek. Comfy bed and a nice pool area. I only wish we could have stayed there longer.
