This is truly a one of a kind spot. Although not fancy but excellent in its own way. Breathtaking views, a great pool and friendly staff made this one of the highlights of our family vacation. A special thank you has to go out to Yasenia (not sure if I spelled it correctly). She did everything from personally fixing an issue with our cable TV to getting me a last minute reservation at the local steakhouse. I would give this place six stars out of five.

Really great stay, overall reviews are spot on. We had a river view lower suite, at the back of the property. Very quiet (overall), and really nice to sit out and enjoy view/river. Only (slight) downside was people running about in room above - upstairs room would be quieter?
Springdale is a much nicer place than expected, certainly nicer than any other NP gateway town I have visited. Nice restaurants and shops is easy walking distance - bonus!

We stayed for 3 nights as part of our trip to Zion and Bryce Canyon. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Having the kitchenette was a bonus and allowed us to store food and make breakfast in the room. The patio overlooking the pool was used daily and we ate carry out dinners 2 nights right from there. The Quine beds were very comfortable and there was a queen pullout as a bonus. We enjoyed having a ceiling fan to keep air circulating thru the night. Wow, the swimming pool and hot rub with the mountains in the background provided a breathtaking and utterly relaxing environment. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of the best inns we have ever stayed!

We had a 3 night stay at the Desert Pearl, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here. I found the grounds to be well maintained, and when a problem arose it was taken care of quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms looked much the same as when we stayed 3 years ago. The decor was calming, other then the artwork on one wall that was made from dried palm leaves. It was nice to have a small kitchen area, sofa bed, and kingsized bed, although I did not find the mattress comfortable. The pool was fantastic, and was well used after a day of hiking at Zion. The hotel is right outside of the park, which made it easy to catch a shuttle to Zion.

Room Tip: rooms on the end are quiet, but they are not cleaned until the afternoon.

My family and I stayed at the Desert Pearl Inn for one night. The staff at the hotel were really nice and very helpful. They assisted us with dinner reservations and were very friendly and informative. Our room was on the second floor- it was great! It was big and equipped with everything we needed. We had just arrived from Bryce Canyon and it was great that we could do our laundry at the hotel. My boys really enjoyed the pool. The hotel is clean and very comfortable, the staff is excellent, and Zion park is just minutes away. Too bad we only had one night- looking forward to coming back again someday.

We were there at the beginning of august. it's a great place to stay, rooms are very nice, confortable bed, kitchen with hooven, fridge, evrything you need to take your breakfast and dinner. For your room, prefer the river side. The hotel is very close to Zion entrance, food market, restaurant. it was a real pleasure to be there. Thx

Stayed there for several nights in Aug/Sept 2013 while exploring Bryce and Zion. We had a second floor room overlooking the river. It was wonderful! It rained heavily one of the days we were there, and it was fun to watch the river swell and folks come down it in their tubes/floats. The pool looked nice but we did not try it. This hotel is in a great location. You could walk into town or Zion if you wanted. Buses also stop close by. Highly recommended.
