We stayed in a riverside room (top floor), with a lovely view over the garden and river, so very peaceful and quiet. The rooms are HUGE - felt more like an apartment. Great bathroom, huge vaulted ceiling bedroom with sitting area and kitchen. We didn't self cater but it was all there if you wanted it. All felt very new and clean, and high end. Nice big balcony with comfortable deck chairs, we enjoyed sitting with a whiskey & coke watching the river go by each evening! It generally just felt nice and private. We didn't use the pool so can't comment, but looks nice.
Technically a motel, as you can drive to your 'block' but far from it in every other way. There was a deer wandering around our stairs one evening! Not sure who got a bigger fright, him or us.
We had breakfast in MOKI, which was very good. Sadly it was shut for dinner on the nights we were there (Tues, Weds) which was a shame as the menu looked great.
Best location, just outside Zion - 15/20 mins walk to the entrance or hop on the shuttle bus. Springdale has plenty of restaurant options.

This place has it all: spectacular views, well-appointed rooms, pool, restaurant, laundry facilities, free WiFi, hdtv, ample storage, spacious bathroom, easy access to free shuttle service, friendly/helpful staff. Top notch in every category. My wife and I stayed her while touring Zion National Park and we’re glad we did—very efficient shuttle service to Visitors Center. This is one of the better places we have stayed, anywhere. Will return should we be in Zion again. Recommend a room with river view.

Went for a few days to see Zion National Park and were advised to stay here. We had a back room that overlooked the creek that runs up to the park. The room was large and comfortable. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. The location was convenient - we walked to restaurants and took the shuttle to the park. And the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent. In all I highly recommend a stay here.

Room Tip: Second floor means you need to walk up - but a lovely view if you are in the back building.

So many reasons this is the best hotel in Springdale. We loved the room...it was large and well appointed. We only used the refrigerator but had basically a kitchenette for small meals and snacks. Two queen beds, very comfortable, and a couch. Large bathroom and plenty of storage areas.. We had a river view room and the only problem was we were so busy going to the parks, Zion and Bryce, that we did not get to enjoy it much. Also great pool and hot tub. Views are amazing, especially from the pool. Staff was very helpful and did everything to make our stay amazing. One day we came back from hiking and our shoes were very dirty. The maintenance staff brought a hose to the area right outside our room and we cleaned them off in the grass. And last but not least, MOKI the restaurant next door. We did not have dinner there, but the breakfast was fabulous. For $10, the best deal in Springdale. The only place I would stay in Springdale!

Room Tip: We had a river view room that was very quiet, away from the road.

First time to Zion and Springdale. The Desert Pearl was a great place to start and end our days at the park. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the little kitchenette. Service, housekeeping and front desk are wonderful. We hope to come back!
