We stayed for 13 nights, not as a tourist but for business. Previously living in Laos also gained me knowledge about Laotian customs. Service like you get at Inthira is not common in Laos.
There is only one major issue and this is not to blame on Inthira. A new "hotel" is constructed next doors (Malany hotel) and they use very bright white lights. This turned our room in to a 24 hours daylight room. A good idea is to provide better curtains in order to be able to make it dark at night time. This hotel opened sort or less during our stay meaning staff had not time to deal with this issue.
For the rest nothing than positive about Inthira, a manager who is pointing attention on the friendliness of Inthira something not very common in Laos where mostly customer is slave rather than king. Everybody was friendly, including cleaning staff.
Definitely recommend this place.
