The location is a bit weird to get to, you have to cross a small wooden bridge to get to the guest house but it is well worth it (if you can find it). It is close to everything as well, all the restaurants in walking distance, bars are close but far enough away that you don't hear them, and the tubing rental place is about a 2 min walk away as well.
It costs 50,000Kip so about $6 USD, but definitely worth it.
The rooms were very clean, and the beds were pretty comfy (as comfy as they get in South East Asia I think). The room had a private bathroom, towels and soap provided, and toilet paper!! There was no a/c in the room but the fans did the trick, also it's location helped since there was always a steady breeze it seemed.
The reception was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.
The garden and river surrounding the guesthouse is beautiful and there are hammocks you can lay in to relax.
Overall, one of the best places I have stayed and would definitely go back and recommend it to all my friends and fellow travelers.
