Went here for dinner with a friend, she ordered the falafel with hummus and pita and I ordered the Lamb kebab pita - both were delicious and it was an easy walk from our hotel

We ended up stumbling on this place our first day and are we ever glad we did! The owners were so nice. Most of the ingredients in organic and brought in from farms around the area. Our food was amazing. Tons of flavour and good sized portions. Definitely recommend it!

Not many good places to eat in Vang Vieng...I find myself coming back to Mama Sababa every day. The kebabs are best in Laos...not just Vang Vieng. Mamma is a lovely lady and gave us some free bites of her own meal during pi mai. Also amazing mulberry smoothies....cheap price...and clean...you won't find this quality in many places in Vang Vieng...

I went here twice during my trip to Vang Vieng, ordering the chicken wrap one time and the beef another time. The service was SLOW, so don't eat here if you are in a rush or if it seems like there are big groups. Very satisfying meal -- lots of veggies, nicely cooked bread. The lemon-mint shake and the coconut shake were amazing.

Thank Alexis E
