Fisher's Cave hotel does have Internet access so it's a great place to stop for a drink before or after getting off of the panga to Little Corn Island. The Hotel itself is average with a charge of $35 for a room with A/C to $25 for one without.
The one advantage to staying here is that you can gauge when to leave for the the airport in the morning or to walk down to the panga dock for the boat over to Little Corn. Although there is much hype about spending the night on Big Corn before heading back to Managua, my experience has been that there is plenty of time at the airport. By time the 6:30 am panga makes it to Big Corn Wharf next to Fisher's Cove, the passengers staying in Big Corn are getting checked in at the airport (very slow process with handsearch of all baggage). The the panga passengers show up and finish rounding out the passenger list for the flight. Besides, the plane would never leave with 20 people checking in.
I think there are better hotels and areas to stay on Big Corn, but Fisher's Cave is a reasonable choice if you're going to be there only overnight. A taxi anywhere is only 18c (75 cents) so it really doesn't matter.
