This is a great addition to the island. Every night I came in there was something new and ingenious on the menu. And it's not always intuitive flavor pairings. Like, one night the Ribeye steak (cooked to perfection) had a watermelon-soy barbeque sauce drizzled over a bed of mashed potatoes. It took me few bites to realize that the potatoes had wasabi mixed in. I know it sounds crazy but it was one of the most memorable meals I've had this year - home or away. It's got a great staff and it's a fun place to hang out and shoot pool. I'm really looking forward to coming back next year.
