We came across this camp ground by luck when exiting the ferry from Bodø. The camp ground is conveniently situated only a few walking minutes from the ferry terminal.
Our 2013 Norge Serie map indicated a camp ground in Sørvagen - which, as it turned out after almost an hour walk - doesn't exist anymore. So back to Moskenes it was.
Luckily, it's no problem putting up your tent here, even after the reception has closed. The owner was very relaxed about "checking in" the next morning.
There are about 4 showers for men and women each, which is an okay amount for a camp ground this size. If I remember correctly, it is 10 kr for 3 min.
If you want to warm up in the evening over a beer and some chatter, there is even a pub on the camp ground in the reception building.
Unfortunately, as a tent camper you don't get the luxuruy of waterfront sites, since these are occupied by/reserved for caravans and mobile homes. So no Orca sighting in front of our tent that morning ;-)
Only downside: Even though the reception includes a little store, all you get there are some snacks and newspapers. Some camp supplies, like gas cartridges, instant food, etc. would have been nice.
I would come back, if I arrrived in Moskenes late and wanted to start fresh the next morning.
