We loved the Deli and Cafe at the Chilli Farm...our group of eight all enjoyed the breakfast served, full english with local sausages, bacon and black pudding, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon(scrambled egg is so hard to get right, and this was beautifully bright and had that slight wobble) toasted mozzarella, tomato and pesto sandwich, and bowls of porridge with a drizzle of honey, okay so you always have one or two!
We had lovely service from the owner and her young staff who helped to create a great atmosphere....coffee seriously good..we then decided to stay longer and try the local beer and a glass of wine...the perfect way to spend a couple of hours with friends. Try this hidden gem, the lunch menu looked good and there was a specials board, with thai fragrant soup, ricotta, spinach and pinenut parcel and the deli board which came passed us and looked amazing. We will be going again....

As a self confessed foodie I was pleased by the changes to this Deli attached to the old chilli farm.

Good atmosphere and lots of foodie stuff. I stopped for a snack after buying a few chilli plants and the food and the special bland tea were excellent.

We stopped here initially to look at the chilli farm which is at the same place.
Whilst there we thought we'd try and spot of lunch and have a look at the deli.
What a great decision!!
The lady serving us was very friendly and smiley.
The food was excellent and not over priced. The deli is also well stocked with a variety of goodies.
We will make this a regular stop when passing from now on.

I have eaten here before so when I found myself driving along the A140 on my way back to Colchester from Great Yarmouth I decided to stop off and grab a cuppa.
The service was very good as i have found previously and the green tea 'pig' I had was great. Recommended for anyone travelling around that area - certainly beats the normal road-side cafes.

This was a random stop for coffee whilst heading back to Kent from Great Yarmouth. No preconceptions and no expectations, so what a lovely find. Firstly, the coffee was seriously good. Cappuccino and Americano both flavoursome and uplifting. We added a small pork pie, chilli cheese scone, and veg samosa (filling our lunch void nicely). All were satisfying and non-greasy, so allowing the subtleties of the recipes to come through. The scone was a great twist on a favourite. Finally, our visit was rounded off with some cheese, farm eggs, & Aldburgh beer from the deli to take home. It was late in the day and we were the only customers, and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend.
