“Good eating”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

The restaurant is not far from El Conquistador, just minutes down the road. You can park in parking lot on the same side as the restaurant. The atmosphere was warm and well lit. They had a balcony with tables and we chose to sit outside. The restaurant is family friendly and there was a family, next to us celebrating a birthday. The waitresses were very friendly and informative about the Fajardo area. I ordered an "asopao de camarones," which is a thick soup with shrimp and rice. It was delicious. My husband had the "churrasco" steak, which he enjoyed very much with a glass of wine the waitress recommended. I had a Pina Colada. We enjoyed the whole experience and were served our dinner in a timely fashion. We loved when the birthday girl was sung, Happy Birthday, by the waitress and her family.

“Good food waaaaaaaay too long of a wait”
Reviewed 26 June 2014

The title says it all, not enough personnel to attend the customers. If you are willing to wait over an hour for the food then go and enjoy some good food.

“Great tapas and excellent service.”
Reviewed 9 June 2014

One of the best meals we had in Puerto Rico. From the mojitos and sangria to wonderful array of freshly prepared tapas, we enjoyed many courses of local seafood, spicy beef and chicken, mofungo, and savory filled pastry, all delicious and artistically prepared. Our server and host, Samuel, could not have been more patient, informative, and helpful. The cooks really delivered in terms of quality, presentation, flavor, and tempo. The bartender gave us a sample of a new rose flavored sangria that he had just created for us to try, gratis. A lovely evening despite the rain. If you are staying near or in Fajardo and love Tapas, this is a must try restaurant.

“Training in the kitchen and on floor much needed”
Reviewed 26 May 2014

It's unfortunate that this restaurant once charming and filled with delightful tapas has lost it's way.
Last night I ordered the Mahi mahi and it was so tough and flavor...LESS that I had to send it back. The chef told me that he would prepare it again to my liking...After about a 20 minute wait and after my other guests had finished their dishes, also dissapointed in their choices, the food arrived at the table. This time, the results?... Exactly just the same. Tough and flavorless. AND isnt it time that the mayo-kétchup thing be put to rest? There is such a variety of herbs in Puerto Rico, that chefs should get out their chef "THINKING hats" and re-think how to prepare new and exciting Puerto Rican cuisine.
It's such a shame that there is no love or care for the food here, not to mention that the waitress was sweeping the floor while we were at our table and she kept on banging the broom against the dust pan. I had to ask that she subside this practice until we were out of the restaurant.
It was also surprising that the waitress was made to wear what looked like a ridiculously "hot"black outfit...folks this in the Caribbean...please dress your staff in light linen clothes so that they can be happier doing their Jobs and in tern better service can be provided.
In closing the cooking staff should be made to watch Anthony Bourdains new show...Parts Unknown...in particular the episode that takes place in Lyon France...there is a lesson in having a love, for all things to do with food.
Good luck...
